Effective / last updated: August 20, 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Premium Leaf Guards LLC ("Premium Leaf Guards," "we," "us," or "our"), a gutter installation and gutter guard company located at 12077 NE 150th Avenue Rd, Fort McCoy, FL 32134. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Premium Leaf Guards provides seamless gutter installation, gutter guard installation, gutter repair, gutter cleaning, and downspout work for residential and light commercial customers, primarily in Fort McCoy and the surrounding Marion County, FL area. Quotes are based on an on-site measurement of your roofline and may change if actual conditions differ from what was assessed or described.
2. Scheduling & Service Calls
We make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled appointment windows but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (weather, supplier delays, access issues, etc.). Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the roofline and work area.
3. Payment
Pricing is provided in writing before work begins. Payment terms are set out on your invoice or service agreement. Unpaid balances may be subject to standard collection practices permitted under Florida law.
4. Materials & Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to gutter guard products we install, per the manufacturer's terms. Workmanship on installations we perform is warrantied for a period disclosed at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage from severe weather events, tree fall, misuse, or modifications made by others.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website or another approved method, you agree to receive text messages from Premium Leaf Guards LLC related to appointment reminders, service updates, quotes, and account or service-related notifications.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, active service requests will generate more messages than a one-time inquiry).
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages, unless you opt back in.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include most major U.S. mobile carriers; not all carriers may be supported.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Florida law, Premium Leaf Guards LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
